Classic Bloody Marys have been a classic and delicious brunch staple since the days of brunching began. Not only do they seem to go well with anything on your brunch menu, but they can be tailored to fit everyone’s tastes. But, why stop at brunch? With fall being prime time for tailgating season, take your Bloody Mary to new heights by adding some unique and tailgate friendly twists.   Prepare the Bloody Mary You will want to start off by choosing your vegetables. Although most Bloody Mary recipes are tomato based, the fun in creating your own is that you can personalize this drink to incorporate all of your fall veggie favorites.   For a traditional start, combine 3 cups of tomato juice with Worcestershire sauce, freshly grated horseradish to your taste, salt and pepper in a one-quart container. That’s why we’re so excited to be the Local Presenting Sponsors at the 19th annual Taste of the Nation Toledo, an event that supports the national No Kid Hungry – Share Our Strength initiative.
